Can I place my order over the Internet?

Due to all of the customization and intricacies that go into each order, we have not created our website to do e-business. Currently we prefer to meet with the customer one-on-one or communicate on the phone to provide the best customer service possible.

Do you do graphic design work and how much does it cost?

KAFKA PRODUCTIONS does supply graphic design work and the cost depends on the complexity of what you’re looking for. Most times if the work is not that intense, we won't charge for it. We like to keep your order simple and cost effective for you!

What if I have my own graphic work?

Depending on the computer format your graphic is in, we may need to convert it so that it will be in a printable (silk screen or embroidery compatible) format. Currently, KAFKA PRODUCTIONS uses and is familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. Typically we prefer Corel Draw and that the files be in *.cdr format so they can be “converted to curves” for the printing process.

How do I place an order?

Well, your first step is to figure out what kind of apparel or item your group wants. Your next step would be to call or email one of us here at KAFKA PRODUCTIONS and we would be able to sit down with you and go over all the details regarding your order (i.e. number of shirts, color of shirts, color of print, number of colors in the print, sizes of shirts, etc.). We would draw up a quote on all the different items you may want so that your group can have all the costs laid out.

How long will my order take?

KAFKA PRODUCTIONS prides itself on not missing a deadline. Depending on the complexity of your order, we will work out a reasonable time frame depending on the needs of your group.

Do you do rush orders?

Typically turnaround on any KAFKA PRODUCTIONS orders take about 1.5-2 weeks. Outside of that, if there are any rush orders placed, there might be some extra costs incurred. This will be decided on a case by case basis.

Do you have a catalog?

KAFKA PRODUCTIONS currently has an online catalog available so you can see what we get directly from our main supplier. We also have access to items that are not available from that main supplier. Call us if you are looking for something specific and we can help you out! see some of our work.

Are your clothing items second run or irregulars?

No. We only purchase the best in quality and all items are from the top names in apparel. KAFKA PRODUCTIONS deals with Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, Gildan, Anvil, Lee, Soffe, Merigarden, etc.
